📋 Description Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in schools. Collaborate with educators, families, and Cortica clinical team. Implement BCAT/RBT‑based ABA strategies and BIPs per IEP. Collect data and document session notes and incidents. Travel between assigned schools within service area. Maintain safety, de‑escalation, and crisis protocols. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or RBT credential within 30 days where required. Ability to travel between work sites as needed. First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain. Experience in school or clinical ABA settings preferred.
