📋 Description Lead and support the clinical management of hospice field staff Provide day-to-day clinical guidance, oversight, and problem solving Help ensure safe, appropriate, and timely patient care delivery Oversee clinical documentation, case conference activity, recertification planning, and care Review clinical needs, utilization, patient progression, and discharge planning with care team Support a high-acuity hospice environment with strong hospital referral activity, short lengths of 🎯 Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in MO Hospice experience is a must Strong clinical judgment and understanding of hospice care delivery High level of comfort with technology, including EMR systems (HCHB) and Microsoft Office tools Ability to remain calm under pressure and listen thoughtfully before reacting Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills 🎁 Benefits On-the-ground leadership in a mission-driven hospice team Opportunity for professional growth and leadership development Collaborative environment with office leadership and interdisciplinary partners Travel within service area as needed for field support and visits
