Registered Nurse, RN Preceptor

📋 Description Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor – train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs. Travel throughout the office’s coverage area to support onboarding activities. Maintain caseload and patient care responsibilities while onboarding others. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing and rehab care at home. Support adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Wilmington, MA area. Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience required. 🎯 Requirements A current nursing license in good standing in MA. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings within past two years. Experience with acute and post-acute care; CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care. Strong ability to triage, manage urgent clinical situations, and perform medication reconciliation.
