📋 Description Review conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards Identify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgment Assess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practice Document clear, structured feedback that our clinical and product teams can act on Note: this role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery.
