📋 Description Lead Medical Affairs strategies across Specialty Care with focus on Ophthalmology and Active member of Neuroscience & Specialty Care leadership; shape priorities and Support asset launches, evidence generation, and clinical trial development with compliant medical Provide leadership to Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons; oversee field medical plans. Build relationships with investigators and external medical stakeholders. Oversee medical tactics including advisory boards, publications, and congress activities. 🎯 Requirements Doctorate, PharmD or MD in a scientific discipline required. Experience in Specialty Care; Ophthalmology/Eye Care and/or Virology/Infectious Disease preferred. Proven medical leadership; management and development of Medical Affairs staff. Launch experience, with cross-functional execution and launch readiness. Strong strategic planning and execution abilities; compliance focus.
