Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical/technical roles; balance speed, quality, and fit. Partner with hiring leaders to align workforce needs, timelines, and compensation. Develop proactive sourcing through multiple channels and recruiting tech. Manage pipelines; use metrics to improve funnel performance. Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and business partners on headcount and offers. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in ATS. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting; senior-level and specialized searches. Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or similarly complex industries. Experience recruiting across technical, clinical, and business functions. Physician or healthcare professional recruiting is strongly preferred. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse is preferred.
