Clinical Director- Hospice

📋 Description Lead and manage the North Charleston, SC Hospice office alongside the Division Director Oversee client services, clinical operations, budgeting, recruiting, and fiscal management Ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, staff education, and evaluation Grow the office through market trends and referral opportunities Represent BAYADA to partners, community groups, and the public Strategically plan, monitor KPIs, and oversee marketing/program development 🎯 Requirements RN or BSN preferred Minimum two years supervisory/management healthcare experience, hospice/home health preferred Knowledge of Medicare regs including OASIS and PPS preferred Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and leadership skills Proven ability to organize, market, and grow an office Demonstrated PC and communication skills for community networking 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits package including holidays, vacation, vision, dental, medical 401k with company match and direct deposit Award-winning workplace culture and opportunities for growth Flexible scheduling with Monday-Friday hours
