📋 Description Up to 100% field travel in Birmingham, AL for eye exams. Travel to provider practices and patient homes using imaging equipment. Support MA STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP quality programs. Proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate on preventive care. Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; expenses covered. Collect and abstract quality data from EMR, claims, payer portals. 🎯 Requirements Willingness to travel daily; valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Associate degree or higher in a related field. 1–3 years healthcare experience. 2+ years in MA/Commercial/Medicaid/MSSP quality programs.
