📋 Description Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) at provider practices and patient homes. Travel to appointments; company covers mileage and travel expenses. Support quality reporting and improvement across MA STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP. Identify quality gaps; collect/validate data across EMR, claims, and payer portals. Educate patients on preventive care and assist with scheduling screenings. Manage daily eye exam schedules and coordinate travel logistics. 🎯 Requirements Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%, to provider practices and homes. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Associate degree or greater in a related field. 1–3 years in a healthcare setting. 2+ years supporting MA, Commercial, Medicaid, or MSSP quality programs.
