Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

📋 Description Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care at patients' homes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support home health visits. Travel within the service area to deliver care. Support patients to stay at home with quality care. Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home. 🎯 Requirements Current nursing license in good standing in Colorado. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. At least one year of adult/geriatric experience in acute, ER, home health, or rehab.
