📋 Description Oversee Home Care Assistants delivering ADLs in participants' homes Interview, hire, onboard, train and coach Home Care Assistants Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors on caregiver performance Maintain certification records for Home Care Assistants Regularly audit documentation for accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with Home Health Manager to train on home exercise programs per plan 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year supervising Home Care Assistants for frail elderly 2+ years supervisory experience mentoring team members Reliable means of transportation CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred) 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance PTO: 17 days, 12 holidays, 6 sick days 401(k) with company match Career advancement and internal promotions Additional benefits
