📋 Description Normalize plasma samples. Extract nucleic acids from whole blood, plasma, tissue using automated and manual methods. Perform library preparation for next-gen sequencing using automated and manual methods. Determine quantity and quality of nucleic acids using Quant-IT, Qubit, Nanodrop, BioAnalyzer, and qPCR. Load libraries onto next-gen sequencing platforms (NovaSeq, iSeq, MiSeq). Interpret data and determine appropriate next steps per outlined requirements. 🎯 Requirements Masters degree or 3+ years of industrial/academic research experience Extremely familiar with good pipetting practices (single and multi-channel micropipettes) Hands-on library prep and NGS platforms (NovaSeq, MiSeq, iSeq) Hands-on nucleic acid techniques (purification, quantification, amplification) Operate independently in lab with minimal supervision and strong troubleshooting Knowledge of LIMS/database software; experience with laboratory automation is a plus 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans Fertility care benefits 401(k) benefits Commuter benefits Employee referral program Onsite/offsite flexibility depending on location
