HR Applications Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and configure Five9's HR applications on a day-to-day basis, with primary focus on UKG
• Maintain system security roles, permissions, and access controls across HR applications to ensure
• Build, test, and maintain business process workflows, approval chains, and notifications within UKG
• Support and maintain integrations between UKG Pro, Deel, Greenhouse, Degreed Learning Experience
• Perform system testing, including validation of configuration changes, patches, and vendor releases
• Coordinate periodic vendor releases and platform updates, assessing impact to existing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering enterprise Human Resources applications, with
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent
• Experience managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within an HRIS platform.
• Experience building and maintaining business process workflows, approval chains, and notifications.
• Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with system testing, including validating configuration changes and vendor releases
