Program Manager, Expansion

📋 Description

• Lead and launch expansion programs for new markets and new horizontal / vertical capabilities
• Drive and own plans and critical path for market launch activities
• Orchestrate deliverables, scope and timelines across internal teams including Product, Engineering
• Establish new or improve existing workflows and processes to build a strong foundation for the org
• Proactively identify and reduce both short- and long-term business-critical risks and dependencies
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned; represent programs from senior leadership to execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex cross-functional programs
• Experience driving large programs with a holistic understanding of business-wide functions (ie.
• Strong leadership skills to manage both upstream and downstream dependencies
• Clear verbal and written communication, alongside the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive
• Significant expertise in identifying breakdowns and scaling processes within complex, growing areas
