📋 Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support services
- Coordinate client services and manage emergent staffing and scheduling needs
- Manage and grow an assigned caseload through proactive relationship-building and service excellence
- Develop strong partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community
- Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with field and office staff
- Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics to support office success
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population strongly
- Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or human services experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong desire for career growth and advancement
