Panel Support Specialist (Media Measurement, Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Effectively address queries and concerns from panel members through email and other communication
• Troubleshoot and address issues reported by panel members (i.e. TV and Digital panels and Content
• Conduct panel member database maintenance and quality control validations from time to time
• Provide support to panel communications, write and edit high-quality content for various
• Perform detailed data checks and reporting, highlighting any discrepancies or potential issues
• Support in managing database of household, individual and technical information

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English & Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Basic understanding of database concepts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs
