Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states and service territories
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices
- Ensure all projects and inspections are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metrics
- Maintain and oversee company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehicles
🎯 Requirements
- AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection certification (CP2 or higher preferred) OR equivalent advanced STI
- 5+ years of experience in cathodic protection compliance testing and corrosion services
- 3+ years of leadership or personnel management experience
- Strong working knowledge of UST systems, corrosion compliance, and multi-state regulatory
- Experience managing operational budgets, labor utilization, or division-level financial performance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
