📋 Description
- Serve as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition and Management
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud: Recruiting, Journeys, Learning, Performance, Succession
- Lead requirements gathering, prototyping, and solution design workshops
- Translate business requirements into Oracle configuration strategies
- Coordinate testing activities including UAT and solution validation
- Document functional requirements and support integrations
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, Learning, Performance
- Knowledge of Oracle security, workflows, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Willing to travel up to 25% to the US
