📋 Description
- Lead the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Benefits and Mobility
- Drive the implementation of global benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits
- Perform in-depth analysis of existing benefit programs and initiatives; recommend changes based on
- Lead the implementation of benefit renewals, implementations, vendor transitions and other
- Implement Hootsuite's Global Mobility Programs (permanent relocation, short and long term
- Collaborate with business leaders, People Partners and external stakeholders to deliver mobility
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Bonus Points: CEBS designation, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or working towards it
- Advanced level of expertise in global benefits and regulatory compliance
- Understanding of global mobility concepts, policies and processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate and present complex solutions and concepts
- Basic knowledge in immigration, tax, relocation and social security policies and procedures
