Plant Manager

📋 Description

• Direct all daily production activities to meet output targets, product purity standards, and
• Enforce strict adherence to federal and state regulations, including OSHA safety standards
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heavy industrial equipment, including
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage production supervisors, maintenance technicians and field
• Jointly develop and manage the plant's operational budget (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx)
• Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure mineral outputs consistently meet specific chemical

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a heavy industrial setting, specifically within
• Technical degree in Mining, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical
• Practical knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety protocols, and environmental permitting
• Understanding of mineral processing systems; mechanical and electrical trade experience required
• Must be comfortable in confined spaces and able to work at heights up to 200 feet with personal
• Ability to work seamlessly with MS Office applications
