Director, Commercial Strategy and Alliance Management - Oncology

📋 Description

• Reports directly to the Vice President of Franchise A and is a member of the franchise leadership
• Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely
• Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda.
• Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team –
• Plays an essential role in the management of critical projects as defined by the business.
• Supports VP in important interactions and alignment with the 2 alliances to enhance efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills to develop and maintain successful and healthy
• Must demonstrate critical thinking for conflict resolution; risk management; organizational
• Familiarity with legal and contractual governance. Experience working with external partners
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with
• Willingness to be accountable for all aspects of the alliance partnership.
