Senior Procurement Buyer / Analyst

📋 Description

• Supporting innovation projects for food and non-food items
• Creating purchase orders, tracking them through to completion, receiving goods, and approving
• Placing purchase orders for packaging components used at co-packers (e.g., display corrugated
• Supporting supplier onboarding and evaluations
• Driving supplier performance improvements
• Managing supplier communication on day-to-day operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis, ideally within CPG, food/beverage
• Strong understanding of purchase order lifecycle management (creation, tracking, receiving, invoice
• Experience working with co-packers/co-manufacturers and packaging component suppliers
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, evaluation, and performance
• Strong organizational skills to track MOQs, lead times, and commercialization timelines
• Comfortable escalating and helping resolve risks that could impact production
