Sr. Design Leader

📋 Description

• Responsible for design excellence and overall design quality, leading design presentations and
• Create innovative design concepts synthesizing client culture, goals, and aspirations with needs of
• Collaborate with technical leaders and subject matter experts for integrated practice
• Integrate performance-based and sustainable design strategies, furthering goals to decarbonize
• Contribute to firm portfolio with externally recognized design work, submit and win design awards
• Engage in activities to strengthen, differentiate, and promote brand locally, regionally, nationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's degree in architecture preferred
• Current US Architectural Registration preferred
• 18 years minimum experience in related roles, with minimum 5 years leading others in design studio
• Additional accreditation/training relevant to role preferred, including LEED
• Nationally recognized design portfolio of significant built and unbuilt work with third party
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
