AI Delivery Orchestrator (Squad Leader)

📋 Description

• Manage squad-level execution (Experience or Product/Finance) and own accountability for phase gates
• Interface directly with Prudential domain squads to resolve blockers and align on requirements
• Drive the delivery of MRM artifacts on schedule and report on sprint health
• Monitor "Shadow Mode" progress and manage the transition from development to certification

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile delivery management for AI or high-complexity software projects
• Familiarity with the AI engineering lifecycle (Reasoning layers, Guardrails, Evals)
• Experience in risk-managed software delivery within the financial sector
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM) with a focus on technical delivery
