📋 Description

• Build and develop the engineering direction practically from scratch (web)
• Form engineering processes, standards, and approaches scalable across product units
• Take technical ownership for the direction and be involved in key technical decisions
• Directly manage technical leaders of product units: set business goals, mentor, give feedback, and
• Find technical bottlenecks and systematically resolve them through new engineering practices
• Help product teams make better decisions where strong technical expertise is needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial development
• 2+ years of direct engineering team management
• Strong hands-on engineering background
• Experience building or significantly restructuring product architecture end-to-end: web + backend
• Ability to independently make technical and architectural decisions
• Ability to translate business context into technical solutions and roadmap
