🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, complex corporate or agency environment, with a
• A strong network of candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrated success developing and using innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder
