📋 Description

• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned cloud compute operations, ensuring systems
• Provision and manage clusters, monitor alerts, and oversee the health and configuration of cloud
• Manage compute capacity across hosts, CPU, memory, storage, and related infrastructure resources.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators related to cloud capacity and system
• Serve as a senior escalation engineer for complex customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of recent, hands-on experience administering enterprise VMware environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of VMware management technologies, with experience using vCenter, vCloud
• VMware VCP or VCAP certification is preferred.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam and Zerto is preferred.
• Working understanding of cloud infrastructure service models, including BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
