📋 Description

• Lead the design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout activities for multiple development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing commercial construction projects from
• Demonstrated experience with major project delivery methods, including Lump Sum, Construction
• Strong knowledge of construction project management practices, budgeting, scheduling, procurement
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating diverse internal and external
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
