Senior Director, Flight Operations (V-BAT)

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Flight Operations org across Flight Test, Deployed Operations, Mission Control
• Establish governance and standards for all V-BAT operations within the Aircraft Division.
• Develop scalable, safe, and efficient V-BAT flight operations worldwide.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee execution of developmental flight testing, missions, customer demos, and training events.
• Partner with Engineering, Aviation Sustainment, PM, BD, and leadership to align ops with product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, Ops Management, Military
• 15+ years in military aviation, commercial aerospace, defense, or advanced aviation operations.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary aviation organizations with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft operations, risk management, mission planning, aviation safety, and
• Ability to balance customer commitments, schedules, readiness, and business objectives.
