Job Description
📋 Description
- Assist in ensuring quality, performance, and compliance in both design and construction by all
- Support the coordination of schedules, phasing, and planning to keep projects on track and within
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing timely solutions.
- Work closely with contractors, architects, and construction managers to address design and
- Review and process change orders, contract documents, and shop drawing submittals to maintain
- Conduct site visits and inspections to track project status and address any field issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management is required, 3-4 years is preferred.
- Experience working with public agencies is preferred, but a willingness to learn and interest in
- Familiarity with construction project scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with project teams and
- Ability to start an in-person, New York-based position within 2 weeks of offer.
