📋 Description
- Establish scalable TPM operating model for planning, governance, dependency, risk, and exec
- Define measures for program health, technical readiness, and launch readiness
- Lead high-priority, technically complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Clinical
- Build integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, resource constraints, and decisions
- Provide technical judgment to understand systems, surface delivery risks early
- Resolve cross-functional blockers and escalate decisions as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or related
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing TPMs or similar roles
- Proven to build or evolve program-management practices in a growing tech org
- Experience leading large, technically complex initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong technical fluency: architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, constraints
- Expertise in dependency management, risk management, governance, and launch readiness
