📋 Description

• Lead backend engineering with platform foundations for graph-powered analytics product.
• Shape backend architecture and technical direction across multiple teams.
• Hands-on development with deep expertise in graph databases, APIs, security, and scalable systems.
• Act as the technical authority for graph architecture and evaluate new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep, hands-on Neo4j expertise with advanced Cypher optimization
• Strong graph data modeling experience; PostgreSQL is a plus
• Proven technical leadership with ownership of architecture and direction
• Strong Java/JVM expertise; experience with Spring or similar frameworks
• Advanced debugging and profiling skills
