Hardware Development Engineer, PCBA Manufacturing (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for in-house production
• Drive volume production through MES, nonconforming product management, configuration, traceability
• Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers
• Use process capability analysis and Gauge R&R to guide equipment selection
• Design and implement systems to improve the safety of the PCBA production line
• Track schedule, WIP, and defect rates; drive improvements for manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, SMT, accelerated testing, hardware debug/triage
