📋 Description
- Own AI fabric architecture for GPU networks across data centers and edge locations.
- Optimize AI GPU traffic for distributed training/inference (RoCE/RDMA, latency, throughput).
- Manage datacenter networking: BGP, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN, VLAN/VRF, Linux networking.
- Ensure security and edge connectivity, including TLS termination and DDoS mitigation.
- Lead inter-datacenter networking, private connectivity, and high-capacity WAN links.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture to production rollout.
🎯 Requirements
- Network engineering in large-scale datacenters; expert in BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
- AI networking with GPU fabrics and RoCE/RDMA expertise.
- Strong NCCL workload understanding and its networking implications.
- RoCE optimization skills: PFC, ECN, congestion management, NCCL stalls diagnosis.
- Production infra experience with high-speed Ethernet, NVIDIA/Mellanox hardware.
- Automation: Python/Bash; observability and data analysis (PostHog or similar).
