📋 Description

• Drive continuous improvement in the support function
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Design and implement scalable, tech-forward solutions
• Build dashboards and convert insights into action
• Own end-to-end improvement cycle: measure, identify, improve, automate
• Hybrid role: Sheffield office 2 days/week, remote 3 days

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with large data volumes; turn insights into action
• Background in operations or data analytics
• Confident with data and dashboards; deliver end-to-end
• Identify bottlenecks and improve customer experience
• Strong relationship builder; able to present to stakeholders
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
