• End-to-end data platform implementations on Databricks
• Bridge business needs with technical execution
• Drive ingestion to Medallion to BI and AI consumption layers
• Lead data engineering and data science scrum ceremonies
• Manage budgets, compute costs, and technical risks
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Architects

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant in data/cloud projects
• Foundational AI and data platform concepts (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric)
• Nice to have: Big4 or top-tier consulting background
• Hands-on with Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools
• Experience in ERP/CRM/Core Banking/OSS-BSS implementations
• Public sector consulting support or sales experience
