Senior Technical Assistance Consultant, Postsecondary Education and Workforce Development

📋 Description

• Lead cross-sector technical assistance projects that strengthen alignment among community colleges
• Design and support initiatives that expand access to career pathways, work-based learning
• Serve as a subject matter expert on work-based learning and apprenticeships, helping institutions
• Advise on non-degree credentials and professional certifications, including program development and
• Provide expertise on student experience and outcome data collection across credit-bearing and
• Support higher education in prison and reentry initiatives through program design, implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. with at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of
• Demonstrated experience working directly with community colleges or within postsecondary education
• Strong professional knowledge of postsecondary education, workforce development, career pathways
• Experience delivering technical assistance, consulting, coaching, capacity-building, or
• Demonstrated knowledge of work-based learning and apprenticeships, including the policies
• Experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams involving multiple
