📋 Description

• Define and own the product roadmap, translating needs of fellows, enterprise partners, and program
• Establish and track metrics to show product effectiveness (engagement, satisfaction, experience).
• Build a platform enabling AI talent programs at enterprise scale (onboarding, matching, deployment
• Design and develop AI-enabled experiences to upskill enterprise teams with deployed specialists.
• Conduct structured discovery with enterprise customers and stakeholders; translate insights into
• Partner with enterprise teams on deployment, tooling, integrations, and joint opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 0-to-1 to commercial-scale product leadership; ownership in high-growth environments.
• Experience using AI in daily product workflows: prototyping, requirements, analysis, AI-assisted
• Strong product judgment, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, complex problem solving, and rapid execution without established playbooks.
• Experience partnering with Sales/CS or other commercial teams to influence enterprise deals and
• Strong analytical skills; ability to define metrics, interpret data, and design experiments.
