🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with meaningful impact.
• Experience building or operating stateful services with strong architecture sense.
• 2+ years managing and developing engineers (hiring, mentoring, performance).
• Strong foundation in architecture, distributed systems, and tradeoffs.
• Product-oriented mindset translating customer needs into roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
