• Hands-on exposure to chatbot and voicebot implementations with AI/Gen AI.
• Knowledge of NLU platforms such as RASA, Dialogflow, Poly AI, Sierra, Dyna.
• Excellent business analysis skills: requirements gathering, user stories, backlog refinement, Agile
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Gurugram / Chennai/ Mumbai (India).
