📋 Description

• Lead the technical roadmap for FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring with automated, real-time telemetry.
• Translate NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP High, CR26, and DoW SRG into scalable engineering and
• Design compliance frameworks, evidence-generation, and automated validation to reduce manual audits.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and recommend controls and cloud-hardening measures.
• Own compliance documentation lifecycle (Security Decision Records and evidence).
• Collaborate with legal, product, engineering, DevOps, architecture, and federal teams to verify

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in security engineering, DevOps, or related fields with process development and coding for
• 4+ years hands-on with NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP High baselines, DoW SRG overlays; assess/reduce
• Strong understanding of FR 20x and CR26 REV5 implications for CSPs.
• Experience in cloud-native environments with DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes
• Strong scripting and IaC: Shell, Python, Terraform/OpenTofu; familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools
• Experience with cloud platforms for government/public sector; AWS GovCloud preferred; exposure to
