Platform Engineer - Commercial Services Tools

📋 Description

• Build AI features end to end on AWS Bedrock and ECS Fargate for production
• Design and ship async Python services (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2 async, asyncpg on Postgres 17) with
• Develop features in React/TypeScript portal used by global services teams
• Own features from design through deploy with mentorship
• Maintain tests, CI, and observability for reliable shipping
• Work across backend, frontend, cloud (AWS) and applied AI, explore Vault APIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong Python with async REST APIs; FastAPI ideal (SQLAlchemy 2 async / asyncpg / Postgres a plus)
• Built at least one real agent or RAG app; embeddings, vector search, chunking, prompting
• Comfortable across the stack; React/TypeScript frontend
• Working knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL and Git workflows
• Foundational AWS knowledge; IAM roles and containers (Docker)
