Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy to completion.
• Partner with engineering, product, architects, and stakeholders to plan milestones and success
• Drive execution across teams, clarify priorities and ownership.
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers; develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program health, progress, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Make tradeoff recommendations balancing technical complexity, customer impact, and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, technical or product program management, data analysis, or
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math/Business with 6+ years of relevant
• At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience launching products or capabilities with a track record of shipping and
• Strong technical fluency with software development projects, architectures, and emerging
• Ability to bring clarity in ambiguous environments and drive programs to measurable execution.
