📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to improve search speed and relevance
• Build new search features and fix bugs
• Invent or adapt algorithms and data structures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with search or vector databases
• Used HNSW, IVF, or similar algorithms
• Strong Java, standard lib data structures and concurrency
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• Able to own end-to-end projects and design components
• Autonomous with distributed collaboration and async work
