CNC Programmer, NX CAM (IGT Blades & Vanes) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Program CNC parts using NX CAM for 5-axis milling of IGT blades and vanes on high-temp superalloys.
• Collaborate with machinists, leads, engineering, and operations to optimize programs and procedures.
• Support Bastrop, TX manufacturing line; coordinate with EDM, cooling-hole, and finishing processes.
• Own core work, assist other teams when possible, and drive line startup and ramp production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years CNC programming experience in NX.
• Experience with multi-axis milling, toolpaths, and inspection coordination (NC files, Vericut).
• Knowledge of carbide tooling, speeds/feeds for nickel-based superalloys.
• DFM mindset and ability to design simple fixtures or shop aids.
• Experience with IGT blades/vanes or similar high-precision airfoil components.
