📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary data team (scientists, analysts, engineers)
• Set analytical roadmap and prioritize work
• Influence product/business teams with data solutions
• Mentor team; promote best practices in analytics and MLOps
• Oversee development of engineering and ML models
• Ensure model quality, performance, and monitoring in production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Tech, Statistics, Math, CS, or related fields
• Strong Data Science/Analytics experience in production
• Applied statistics and A/B testing; causal inference
• Production/MLOps experience (deploy, monitor, versioning)
• Experience with big data and cloud (AWS, Databricks)
• Experience with LLMs and IDEs for LLMs (Cursor, WindSurf, Claude)
