📋 Description

• Lead the global Solution Architecture function, transforming to scalable onboarding and improved
• Oversee implementation performance, including time, delivery quality, backlog loss, and Time to
• Drive AI-enabled process redesign, knowledge sharing, tooling, and new ways of working across the
• Establish scalable playbooks, architecture standards, and best practices for complex
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to improve end-to-end onboarding and
• Serve as senior executive escalation point for high-stakes implementations and senior stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Enterprise Architecture
• Significant leadership experience across multiple regions, in senior roles such as Director, VP, or
• Strong track record transforming organizations and building scalable operating models.
• Deep experience with complex enterprise implementations, architecture, systems integration, APIs
• Proven experience using AI to improve efficiency, solution quality, and customer outcomes.
• Fluent in English, comfortable in a global environment, with frequent international travel.
