📋 Description

• Own the website portfolio end to end, including roadmap, quality, setup, integrations, performance
• Manage multiple websites and localized language versions with shared templates/components.
• Lead in-house web team, set priorities, coordinate sprints, review progress, manage capacity.
• Establish delivery and release processes to ship changes quickly while maintaining stability.
• Manage external contractors/agencies with budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and automations to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing websites, 2+ years in leadership; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple websites/markets within a complex digital environment.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS, ability to read code, troubleshoot JS, contribute with the team.
• Experience managing website delivery: sprint planning, prioritization, release processes
• Strong WordPress expertise, multisite knowledge, CMS architecture, integrations, performance
• Practical AI in workflows using tools like ChatGPT/Claude; automations via n8n/Make or similar.
