🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years shipping web products in growth roles
- Ability to instrument funnels and build landing pages
- Strong conversion/copy judgment and test decisioning
- Excellent written communication; documentation-first mindset
- Experience with programmatic SEO or AI-powered referrals is a plus
- Comfortable working in a blank-slate team and guiding roadmap
