📋 Description

• Lead US commercial legal work for North America
• Draft and negotiate GTM/Sales contracts
• Partner with sales and operations on go-to-market strategies
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess contract risk
• Manage US legal team across time zones
• Localize templates and playbooks for regional needs

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. State Bar (NY/CA preferred)
• 8+ years in-house tech/SaaS experience
• Experience coaching a team
• Strong SaaS licensing, data protection, IP knowledge
• Privacy, cybersecurity, cross-border data transfer experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
